This issue of Taqaddum Al-Ilmi reflects a national journey grounded in the belief that science and knowledge are the foundation for building the future and advancing sustainable development. Amid rapid global transformations, the State of Kuwait continues to strengthen its approach based on investing in people, supporting scientific research, and building effective strategic partnerships.

The issue highlights leading models of international knowledge cooperation, foremost among them the long-standing partnership with the Harvard Kennedy School, alongside conferences and initiatives that have brought together global expertise and national priorities in the fields of sustainability and transformation. It also addresses qualitative steps to strengthen Kuwait’s presence in space sciences and to advance digital transformation in knowledge and the preservation of cultural heritage.

ويبرز العدد إنجازات وطنية تجسد تكامل العلم والتقنية في خدمة الإنسان، من بينها إنجاز طبي عالمي في الجراحة الروبوتية عن بُعد، ومشاريع مستدامة تجمع بين الابتكار العلمي والحفاظ على الهوية الثقافية.
