What is the Oloom Bus?

The Oloom Bus is a state-of-the-art traveling bus equipped with innovatory, high-tech equipment, bringing science to your life everywhere it goes. It is an important initiative that provides opportunities for community enrichment in Kuwait and promotes the dissemination of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. The program seeks to engage students, researchers, doctors, and engineers whilst they share their knowledge and expertise with the community, inspiring the next generation of scientists, innovators, and problem solvers.

Aims and Goals

The Oloom bus helps to increase scientific knowledge and critical thinking, allowing children to explore their passion for science in a fun and engaging way. By overcoming the barrier of specialization in fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics, the program encourages interdisciplinary learning and collaboration, leading to innovative solutions to real-world problems. Moreover, the program highlights the various job opportunities in STEM fields, encouraging students to pursue higher education and careers in these fields
